Terms of Sale
on the www.animesymphony.pl portal
§ 1 Definitions
- 1. Terms – these terms of sale for Tickets on the Portal.
- 2. Portal – the portal operating under the domain www.animesymphony.pl, managed by the Operator.
- 3. Operator – YUMEGAKANAU FOUNDATION, headquartered in Kraków (31-752) at 29 Melchiora Wańkowicza Street, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001118311, NIP number: 6783218639, REGON number: 529234085.
- 4. Event – a concert, performance, or any other cultural, entertainment, or sports event organized by the Organizer, for which Tickets are available through the Portal.
- 5. Organizer – the person or entity organizing the Event.
- 6. Customer – the person or entity making Ticket Reservations on the Portal.
- 7. Reservation – a service that temporarily blocks the seats selected by the Customer for the Event, specifying the method of delivery along with the order status information.
- 8. PDF Ticket – an electronic ticket for the Event (PDF file format).
- 9. Ticket – a PDF Ticket entitling the Customer to attend the Event for which the given ticket is issued.
- 10. Service Fee – a fee payable to the Operator for providing services related to sales conducted via the Portal.
- 11. Newsletter – a periodic service providing information via electronic means/SMS about Event offers and promotions.
- 12. CPC – the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
- 13. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.
- 14. ESA – the Act on Electronic Service Provision.
- 15. Regulation – the Council of Ministers Regulation of May 6, 2021.
§ 2 Scope of the Terms
- 1. The Terms apply to all Reservations made through the Portal.
- 2. Making a Reservation is equivalent to accepting the Terms.
- 3. The Customer confirms reading the Terms by checking the appropriate box on the Portal during the Reservation process.
- 4. The Terms have been prepared in accordance with the ESA and CPC.
§ 3 Ticket Purchase Process
- 1. To make a Reservation and purchase Tickets, the Customer:
- a) selects an Event from the list available on the Portal,
- b) selects seats,
- c) provides their details (first name, last name, email, phone),
- d) confirms they have read the Terms,
- e) may choose the Newsletter option,
- f) sets a password to print the PDF Ticket,
- g) selects a payment method.
§ 4 Ticket Format
- 1. Tickets for Events are available in the form of PDF Tickets.
§ 5 Payment Methods and Reservation Validity
- 1. The Operator offers the following payment methods for Tickets:
- a) bank transfer,
- b) online payment via PayU.
